I HAVE BEEN ON THE ATKINS LOW CARB EATING PROGRAM FOR ONLY TWO MONTHS, AND EATING BETTER AND MORE THAN I HAVE EVER. AND AT THIS POINT I HAVE LOST 38 POUNDS
MY GOAL IS TO LOSE ANOTHER 40. IT DOESNT SEEM HARD TO STAY ON THIS PROGRAM WITH ALL THE EATING OPTIONS WE HABVE.
